Nope. The fees that employers pay to recruiting firms come from the thousands of dollars and hours of time they would have spent advertising for, recruiting and screening candidates themselves. We only get paid if and when we present them with the perfect candidate for the job. JD Consulting will not represent opportunities that are not competive and we frequently negotiate a higher salary than you could yourself, since we know our clients needs, and the salary trends in the IT and SAP fields.
